Fifty years ago the first galactic sub-atomic accelerator drive was invented. More than 50,000 stars and their systems have been explored. From this exploration three notable sentient lifeforms have been discovered, each one bringing its culture, technology and problems to the people across the known galaxy. It is now year 2338 and the galaxy is a conglomeration of planets owned by large inter-racial mega-corporations that shamelessly exploit resources and planetary colonies for their own profitable gain.
