Imagine a world where the Allies didn't win the war, nor did the Axis. Instead, the war just continued on and on in an unsteady stalemate. Welcome, to the world of 1949. In this world Germany decided not to bomb London, but instead continued its attacks on Britain's airfields. Then, the Russians lost at Kursk. Finally, D-Day fails. With these victories, Germany has managed to halt the Allie's progress. In the Western Theatre, the Allies and the Axis each plan the invasion of the other's vital territories. In the Pacific, Japan and the United States are dueling over tiny islands with giant fleets and atomic weapons. Now, the stalemate is about to be broken. Germany is preparing an all out invasion of Britain. As tough and valiant as the Allied troops defending the Sceptered Isle are, some of their leaders are beginning to that they will be unable to hold against the Wehrmacht.

If it is supposed to be E-100, you failed. No offense. But the chassis is supposed to look different, more oval shaped, and wider. And the turret is simply too heavy for Koenigtiger's chassis.

Yes, the E100 hull looks much more different, but I guess this isn't supposed to be one

It's a VERY early version of it. Basically, this is being shown to let you know that work is being done on creating new vehicles. Also, I wanted to get some community opinions on how it should look. The finished product should look different.

If you are planning to add Maus or E-100 (which is by me better), you should take a look on this: Forums.goharu.com There you can see how E-100 looks like, and Maus is there too, but that one you can find nearly anywhere. Whole E-series is cooler, and better, than the other tanks, as their production parts were standardized to make the production of them all cheaper.

And just for the record, here is E-50 Forums.goharu.com E-75 looks nearly the same as this, but only that it has 8 pairs of wheels, and the turret is indentical to Tiger II (with small changes). I can make you a shot of it if you want.

Actually, I already know about this stuff and have plenty of images. The problem is that there isn't just one E-100 design floating around, there are actually a couple of them. Since the tank was never actually finished, people still posit what it may have looked like when fully completed. There are at least a couple of variants that I have seen, so I wanted to see if people gravitated towards any specific ones. Obviously, you prefer the one with a rounder hull.

Yes, I prefer this one because it was most likely the "true" one. For other variants, I know that there were more than 4 versions of turrets. Maus', Krupp's (showed above), Adlers and another one. Also there was a plans for an little enlarger, or the same, turret as E-75 had.

I suggest you use the Croms pack E-100 tank , it is well made and i guess you could ask cromtek's permission for it :p

From the original design drawings in the book 'special panzer variants' it appears the rounded hull was indeed the one they were going to develop. But they had problems mounting a 150mm gun in the maus turret or something due to lack of room for the crew.

Yes, there were also plans to use Maus' 128mm KwK 44 L/55. That one would have been its main weapon, as you said 150mm was too large or something.

Didn't you just alpha out the rest of MAUS hull and model mixed maus with KT? If so, it's not much work really.

But if you ask me I will choose Maus over the E-100 because unlike the Maus E-100's engine is expose n Maus engine is well protected behind its turret. That's why even if you hit a at gun on the Maus back it won't blow up instead the shell will just bounce back in most cases. So killing a Maus would be very difficult.

If this could be considered a pre-aplha model then it's alright, this is far from finished but the basis is there.

I think that you might make an poll for the E-100's turret, as there are supporters of Krupp, Henschel and Maus turrets, and other opinions.

Hey, an early build of an E-100 is cool, just make it more like the planned ones. If you need some idea on how to do it, look at the one in World Of tanks, but give it the henschel turret.

Henschel's turret is ugly, in fact from these four or five variants its the worst. Krupp and Adler turrets were much better.

Maybe there should be a poll for which turret it should use.

that and the henschel turret design was rejected because it can't mount the 15cm gun

Its a very early picture indeed, The King Tiger chassis needs to be modelt to look like the E-100 and the Maus turret needs some more texture details. but i know YOU can make it all great. :D

Hmm, I wonder what this could be... Work from both Relic and the Maus creation team has been used to create this.
