Hi, why my reputation changes neutral to bad when i was giving all documents to Petrenko in "Find the documents (Yantar)" mission?

BTW, i forgot to complete "Find the Documents" mission in first time. I completed "Sin" Lab Documents missons and right know the current misson is "Meet Guide". Then i realized, i miss couple documents in Agroprom and go back there again and found it.
And, i forgot Nimble too. I just rescued him from Bunker.
