Enter the tournament grounds which will be an option when you enter Ninestars fief. Keep walking straight you'll see a person doing acroabatics and the castellan will be to his left standing infront of a stall. You'll know it is the castellan bcs his name will be written in green text.

I believe that in order to execute them you should have a -100 relation with them.

How does the seduce companion work? I have a 100% relation with her, but everytime I try to seduce she says "I don't have time for these games" Does any one know what I have to do?
