Probably about the trader faction being neutral to you. Theres also an issue with Sakharov as well, he should belong to ecologs but he's a trader so you don't get discounts if you're an ecolog.
I don't know where those settings are but if they exist at all they're probably tied to the character data. It might be worthwhile to dig deeper into them.

The only thing that i noticed that the game seemed to run more smoothly on dual cores (both gamemd.exe and syringe.exe) however i have to change the affinity each time manually.
Sometimes when the battle takes too long the game starts to lag and changing the core affinity for the gamemd.exe and syringe.exe to use both cores seems to fix it.
I noticed that the gamemd.exe and syringe.exe runs in single core each running in a different core (gamemd.exe runs in core 0 and syringe.exe runs in core 1, i have dual core.) is this intended?
Are you referring to singleplayer skirmishes/missions or multiplayer game? For multiplayer i can't give much info but for singleplayer skirmishes i can say that -based on my own observation- the AI acts differently based on which map you play. So an easy AI might be quite hard to beat in some maps and quite a lot easier than that in some maps. Sometimes hard AI is easier. My general advice would be: Visit Mentalomega.com and read about faction materials there, buildings support powers units etc. Edit a shortcut to easily deploy your MCV is to press N key 'till you get your MCV selected then press D key to deploy it! Also Q W E R keys will select different build tabs. T key will select all units based on your current selected unit, press once to select on the screen press to select the entire map of them units. Use unit groupings by holding ctrl+ numkeys(1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0) then select these units by pressing the respective number of said units. Create waypoints with Z key, making a loop with waypoints is useful for AA defense units to not leave your base and run away(like Alanqaa). Build your defenses early and if possible, use a mix of units&buildings; in such defenses. For instance if you're playing as Scorpion Cell build a Tank Bunker and put an Oxidizer in then place a chimera core to conceal the Oxidizer inside so it can't be targeted by aircrafts easiliy. Then make a single point waypoint with archers in front of the said tank bunker. As using too much gattling guns can be a burden on the power. I can give a lot more advices but they'd be more faction based and less about general gameplay. Feel free to send a PM.

What? S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Lost Alpha isn't sold on steam and there is no such thing as BF2142: Infinity War. And you can't "sell" a mod especially if it's a mod to an EA game.

Did you guys know that you can manually target the hunter-seeker drones? Causing them to prematurely explode in air. Any AA units or defenses can manually target and shoot them down.
I somehow remember that they could but not in MO i guess.
How about the radiation system? Will it be made exactly how it was in NV? Because FO4 rad system is stupid as hell...
I guess theres 4 "Origins" missions in total, we might see Foehn's own campaign later... maybe...
Foehn is made of the surviving members of Soviets, Allies and possibly Rashidi's Scorpion Cell, though this is my own deduction based on current storyline.
I hope the Foehn Origins missions aren't the only missions related to Foehn? Hoping to see the full grown F.R. missions.
Then the vehicle in question would be placed in a much more open space so the player can see it easily.
Tank Destroyers are already in the game as a campaign only unit and also they can pop out of ground crates.
