It seems like the problem was about my motherboard. The whole system froze even before and post BIOS. So I'll need a new computer.
It is the whole computer that gets frozen. Tried to delete some old registry files which might have been corrupted but it didn't work. Did an AV Scan but it also came up with nothing. I can run any other game such as UT 2004 or Star Wars Battlefront II but. In TI at the start of a new skirmish game the system freeze after 10-15 secs.
The game freezes, actually the whole computer freezes when i start a new skirmish game. (haven't tested out with saved games or campaign) This wasn't happening before and it's not relevant to the new patch i guess. Recently i got my monitor broken so i couldn't do something on my desktop pc for a while until the monitor has been repaired but since i got it back i tried to run TI. It was all good and then the game, along with the system, froze. I played any other game to see if it could be a hardware failure but i didn't had the same issue. Tried to reinstall the game but it didn't work. I'll check if it has something to do with a bad registry entry (if TI even makes a registry entry ofc.) If there is any other advices, i'd be happy to hear it.
NOD Mission 16: Owen and his flock runs in an unbearable(at an unplayable level.) sluggishnes (mostly because of the size of the map.) even in the lowest setting that my eyes allow me to do. (Resolution: 800x600, Detail level: 0, Sidebar icon darkening&alphalights;: None)
Any firewall or anything that might interrupt the connection to CNCnet?

- (This could be so much awesome if the game's engine would allow it: ) A dropship that can paradrop infantry and then does an RTB to get reloaded at a helipad. The the unit that'll be dropped will be a different GDI troop named obviously as Paratrooper: Armed with rifle against Infantry and Grenades against vehicles&more; heavily armed adversaries. (Afaik it's not possible to produce infantry by shooting them from a weapon. But it might be a little bit possible if you guys can take some engine stuff from RA2 and implement it on TI?)
I didn't had too many hard times on KW campaign though i was playing at medium difficulty. I think the main problem here is that the opposition force (NOD) is sending it's strike forces too frequently. It's actually like NOD's being controlled by multiple AI players, which is probably true. The battle might be a little bit more bearable if we could produce Globotech SSAM Launchers.
Edit: @brandonvortex1 I restarted the mission in easy difficulty, still the same meaningless difficulty. Which probably means it has nothing to do with the Difficulty rating of the game i presume?
On the middle bottom, there is the color palette that I'm using to color the character. The text that is unintelligible means "Renildyhk Medafius" in Mazkadarian language. And it gone nowhere closer to finish :D I'm a pro at procinastination. This will remain in it's original form as a reference base if i need to design a mazkadarian character in any of my 'future' games.

There was a vehicle for that purpose in Ultima mod if i remember right. You could accidentally deform the terrain in an irreversible way.
Yeah, but the game should still offer more advantages to the GDI side to balance the singleplayer gameplay. A fine example would be this: In C&C 3: Tiberium Wars Kane's Wrath NOD was in a really bad shape, having lost the 2nd Tiberium War, scattered around world like wild animals, waiting to be hunted down one by one. But what happened? In NOD campaign, you took control of an AI called L.E.G.I.O.N. and even if the NOD was in a bad shape, the singleplayer gameplay was only about the AI difficulty. And in the campaigns, suprises done by the opposite faction was not that sour as it is in this mod. And in no missions you got overwhelmed by a small army of flying bombers coming to your base every 5-10 minutes.
If you are having a rough day and just want to steam off for some time, don't play the gdi campaign of this mod. I was away from this mod for some time and today i tried to continue the gdi mission 15 from where i left. It seems most of the gdi missions have been designed by a dev. that is a brotherhood of NOD fan. Even on the slowest game speed I still get overwhelmed by nod. I've never had so much trouble in nod missions...

I guess so, it'd require the engine to be rewritten to allow such thing like that. And it is a very fragile engine to my knowledge, even now i get occasional crashes during the game but it rarely damages the saved games. Even a single mistake causes the game to crash.
Yes, it might be imbalanced but only because the armor type that cyborg uses. An elite sniper who can kill a cyborg(which has light armor, afaik) would also be able to kill light tanks. But you guys seem to have modded the game so much that this seems possible for me. I have made some little stuff when i was 16 on both TS and RA/YR so, i know that there is a verses issue determining the power of the warhead against different armor types. If it's possible to add another armor type to that list, it'd be possible to make a weapon that doesn't kill light tanks but can penetrate a cyborg's or an exoskeleton's armor. IMO, it's a sniper's job to be effective against all forms of infantry. And there is some issues with the sniper's weapon, even if it doesn't do a lot damage to a cyborg, the sniper will automatically shoot at the nearby cyborg and attract it.
A LOT of missions and units are unbalanced. Like Sniper not being able to shoot a cyborg with a sniper rifle even if it's an Elite sniper. I was going to make a comment about GDI mission 12 Great Escape but the site told me my comment have exceeded 2000 character limit. Long story short this GDI mission 12 is way too hard even on Easy difficulty.
It is said to the player that the player won't be able to destroy the NOD base in GDI mission 07: Deep Blue, but i've managed to destroy the base with only an elite commando and a medic by using guerilla tactics.
It seems I won't be able to play NOD mission 15: Dusk 'Till Dawn because once in every 10 or 15 minutes the game crashes. I've played skirmish without problems but when it cames to this mission it just crashes after 10-15 minutes.
Well... I've destroyed the first GDI base at the left after the brigde, then moved on to the second base to the hill, destroyed some buildings like NOD war factory that they operate. The constant attacks from orcas are a real pain. After i've destroyed the war factory, i moved on to the temple but didn't put the ghost in the temple. Before that i positioned all my troopers to the place where i can easily go to the new brotherhood base. My suggestions are, get your troops ranked up to the highest level, vipers can get elite rank by destroying stuff like crates etc. cyborg reapers are very effective against orcas but they lack the patience and wander around before firing another round of missiles. So take all your units except the reapers to the place near the temple where you can send them to the new brotherhood easiliy. Do some guerilla attacks with reapers to shoot some orcas and rank them up. after 2-3 of them has elite rank start to attack the base and try to attract the gdi rocket artillery. make the artillery follow you to the nearest tiberium field which is very useful (you should kill any tiberium life forms you come across in there, along with orcas they can be fatal to the reapers.)after you take out the first artillery go back to the base and destroy the nod power plants which actually acts as silos, then destroy the refinery. Attract the 2nd artillery, destroy it, go back to base your reapers can destroy the goliath tanks but be careful, take them down 1 by 1. Do not destroy the con. yard of that base instead capture it. You'll be able to build many GDI units to help you in that mission. Don't forget to destroy some bridges.
SAM Bunkers on NOD mission compulsions don't shoot at GDI carriers?? I've placed 3 SAM Bunkers, none of the carriers have been shot.

Wouldn't it be good to make the tiberium fields much more dense in graphics? and adding the tiberium to remove the grass since it kills living stuff with radiation? And what about making an upgrade to the silos so they could stack on each other? like maximum of 2 silos can stack to save space? and double the creds?
