Confederation is all about sabotage and its micro intensive, its very natural for it to feel too weak but when you get accustomed to its units and infantries you'll have easier time playing with it. My favourite is simply a vulture spam supported with desolators in catastrophes and a team of arsonists. In addition to these, confederation also has smoke turrets which are very useful in weakening incoming enemy's attack power. Morales is also very useful in siege but hes too weak on its own, buratinos are good against T2 base defenses but they lack range to engage T3 without getting wrecked. you can also make use of Fury Drones especially in tight areas. Mortar Quads are good against units and structures and en masse they can destroy a base if accompanied with desolators/pyros but these are all dependant upon the bases defenses.

bruh.
1. libra clones ain't heroes, plus it's a real crap idea to pick a faction based on hero choice.
2. no faction can build HORDES of special units PER WAR FACTORY, do a clean re-install cuz ur rules.ini is likely borked.
3. thats what wall-buster is for, busting walls, either concrete or made up of heavy defense structures.
4. this i have nothing to say 'cuz i dunno what kind of system you're playing on.
5. cuz it'd be IMBALANCED. + try firing a sniper rifle from within a moving vehicle and see how your aim suffer.
6. AI cant build conyard without MCV, do a clean-reinstall. your rules ini is likely borked.
7. this i agree, GAP gen only works as intended during pvp.
8. they can't, they have to manually garrison them. do a clean re-install and make sure you only have the files needed from the ra2.
9. the basis is game speed.

Avenger is a vehicle from Generals series, and i think it should stay there. AA laser is already present with Aeroblaze. A vehicle with mobile armor strengthening function sounds good but it's not USA style (light and fast units with heavy damage). Also in MO, lasers aren't as strong as a 125mm cannon which is why Abrams has one. What USA could have that would fit well to the subfaction's design would be a vehicle (or maybe a squad of special infantry) with the ability to extend weapon range of nearby allies.

As for PF: Battle Tortoise does have shorter range compared to most other T3 units but there aren't many T3 anti armor units, afaik only Soviets have T3 anti armor units in all of their subfactions. Besides, the BT is considered as a Multi-Role vehicle, with it's role being dependant on the infantry inside it. It would be interesting to have cryo legionnaires with instant freeze beams(with same cooldown and range as a Charon tank has, and like Charon tank it's weapon wouldn't work on structures) as reinforcement units, which could accompany a Battle Tortoise to temporarily disable incoming Epsilon Elite or Masterminds (Charon range is 8.5 while E.Elite has 8 and Mastermind has 7) and unlike in RA3, it'd not be classed as Infantry but instead a power-suit. (Since PF has Tsurugi Powersuit, it wouldn't be too far off to assume they'd have side projects regarding the overall design after the AI malfunction incident.)

1. Paradox Engine is Euro Alliance's invention.
2. Allied is pretty balanced as it is, does not need any *epic* units.
3. Boidmachine isn't much of an epic unit, it's just a support power that moves.
4. MADMAN is not immune to EMP, Magnetic and Cryo weapons.
5. Irkalla, on its own, isn't strong enough to counter a swarm of Rocketeer&IFVs;.

And lastly, if Paradox Engine is to be implemented into Skirmish/Multiplayer, it'd have to be nerfed down into underground.

TL;DR : it's not gonna happen.

It is pretty readable as there is no other unit in Foehn but Eureka to have a directional shockwave, but the starting animation for Eureka's attack could use some attention. MADMAN's explosion animation (circling stuff at the start) is the same size as Eureka's.

i'd like to add "Aircraft allowed to use waypoints" to that, like in Twisted Insurrection, which you can make a waypoint loop and assign numerous aircrafts to the loop, they deplete their munitions on enemy and return back to rearm.

This is as best of an answer i can come up with a ****** "opinion" like that. You barely even played the mod. For a mod that is in the 2nd place of top 10 MOTY Player's Choice i guess it has to be good as people "preach" it to be. The soviets arent weak, you just suck playing them. In fact, there isn't any faction in the Mod that could be considered weak. Every subfaction has it's own strategy. And my "opinion" on Apocalypse Tank is that it's an overrated version of Mammoth Tank, and to be frank, all stolen tech units are overrated. Russia doesn't need Apocalypse Tank when they already have Wolfhounds&Tesla; Cruisers.

I had numerous cases in which humanoid npcs actually sneaked upon me instead of "I see enemy so i must go full-auto" (except zombies). I have never seen that kind of behaviour in any FPS game i've ever played so far. Once i caught a monolith soldier while he was trying to sneak at my back, that was funny. The only AI that acts like a retard was my squaddie AI who thinks he's some bipedal tank and promptly gets turned into swiss cheese. Enemies on the other hand at least try to slowly strafe into a nearby cover if possible.

The main problem with laser walls/windbelt is that when a node of it shuts down, it becomes basically useless. Unless the wall node has means to defend itself.

it's been a while but i have to say this, i figured out that the RA2/YR install that i've made back in 2017 was infact modded and came with C&C Reloaded, somehow. Although i didn't had much issues with it until now. But a clean install with the ultimate edition fixed it.

(Service Depot) That's pretty much because it already exists in YR code. As Mental Omega has a different rules.ini than YR, devs have to clean unused stuff from the mod for stability. It's basically useless to keep something unused in your code. That's how you get bugs. As for Apocalypse Tank, they were already powerful in RA2/YR. I think the code change of APOC to MAMM is done so because Apocalypse Tank is basically the Mammoth Tank of the Soviets, it shares all the traits of the Mammoth Tank. And it's also mentioned in rulesmd.ini as Mammoth Tank and has an image file named as MTNK. As long as nothing conflicts, it doesn't really matter whether the Catastrophe Tank is called APOC or not as the devs of the YR didn't even cared about Apocalypse Tank being mentioned as Mammoth Tank, so further discussion on this is a waste of time.

It works without the folder of CNC Reloaded but the issue stays, there is still tiberium instead of ore. Another thing to note is that it says "Loading C&C : Reloaded v1.3" instead of Mental Omega in the loading screen, though this was the same since i first installed MO back in 2017.
