Does anyone know how to manually spawn heroes in the Dev Mode? I want to mess around with them more freely.
They do not seem to belong in the normal faction units...

Hello, sry if this has been mentioned and is already in the to do list for the upcoming patch. This is about MVAP and Saucer Separation.

If I am not mistaken, MVAP and Saucer Separation cause the original unit (the invisible one upon separation) to become immobile while the "summoned", separated parts go off to attack the enemy.
However, when autocast is on, the AI may use it early (e.g. at the rim of the gravity wall) before the main fleet engages in the real battle (which makes sense as the AI wants to strike early). But once re-integration occurs this causes the ship to significantly lag behind the main fleet and is not conrtibuting damage until it catches up. Can we be given the freedom to move the invisible ship so we can manually adjust where re-integration occurs?

Also, can one of the separated parts for both Galaxy and Prometheus get planet bombardment capabilities? The AI again sometimes may separate in the middle of a planet siege and causes delays to the capture speed.

And lastly, is it intended for the separated parts to be copyable by Gimini Effect?
While it makes the fleet stronger and is a welcomed surprise to me, it looks hilarious to see multiple copies of a ship part fighting in battle. Especially the Galaxy Saucer looks creepy as the Borg when in large numbers lol

Core i3-350M, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470, 2GB DDR3, 64bit win7

Pathetic, I know. Planning to use the lowest settings of course.
When I thought of buying a laptop my plan was to keep gaming only to my desktop PC. I Completely overlooked the day when I ever need a powerful laptop for serious gaming on the go...

Runs SoA2 mod ok tho. But I think I can safely say Armada 3 is much more hardware-demanding than SoA2, right?

Hi I would like to know the system requirements for this mod if possible.
I want to install Armada 3 on my old laptop which only has got 2G of RAM (minimum requirement for vanilla Rebellion). But considering that we have to use Large Address Aware to avoid crashes, does that mean Armada 3 simply won't run on my old Laptop? (running 64bit Win7)

I have a strange question.
Does the LAA program work for other games as well? or is it written specifically for Sins Rebel?

There are other games that crash often... I am wandering if it's a memory use issue and if LAA might be able to fix it.

Hi. I have a few questions about the mod. However please note that I was NOT a Star Trek fan until I watched the JJ movies. Then I started digesting as much as I could from sites such as Memory-Alpha wiki. So please bear with me if question 2 and 4 sounds foolish.

1. I played as Fed but can't offer AI players missions but they can. However I think I have researched all technologies. Is this a bug or missions from human player are disabled for some reason?

2. Defiant class (including Sisko) seems a bit underwhelming for being classed as a minelayer corvette... at least according to wiki shouldn't they be able to outgun most Fed ships despite its size ? Would beefing up their damage output or adding some more combat cool-downs ruin the balance?

3. Intrepid class (+Voyager) seems to suffer the most casualties during all my plays. Is this just bad luck and skills, or does the AIs function in ways that they do try to target support ships more?

4. How to I assess a ship's damage output properly? If simply adding up numbers, some ships "seem" to be tougher than others despite being Strong vs None. However I believe it's much more complicated than that so a little explanation will be appreciated! (or is there a read me file? I could not find one in the mod folder)

Other than these minor things, this is by far the best looking and intense MOD i have seen from SoSA. Please keep up the good work, I am looking forward to Dominion and the Prometheus class!
