I don't see what the ragdoll idea has to do with this mod, but omg ragdoll would be the best gta mod ever.
I heard a rumor that gta:sa was going to have ragdoll straight out of the box, I was so dissapointed when I found out it was a lie.
Anyway..
I hope you get those permissions soon, can't wait to try this mod out.

This mod sounds pretty cool.. only problem I got is with your comments about the 'racist' jokes.
Example you gave being:
"Make sure its the right guy you shoot at this time" now that jokes been in since GTA 3 (worded differently), back when they were talking about a white dude and it is not, in fact, a racist joke.
I've even been telling everyone about that line to see if I was on the wrong opinion of this, but most of them just give me a weird look and ask "how the hell is that racist?"
To assume such a joke is prejudist just because the main character is black is racist. So the only racism I saw there was on your part.
And so ends my pointless racism rant.
