I will fix it to work under d3d, though i strongly suggest using custom opengl renderer.

From my part its 3dmax and Photoshop for meshes, UnrealEd for maps along few helpful tools.

At the moment we are focused on developing single player demo mission - we don't wanna say anything about multi because atm we simply don't know if we will have the chance and resources to work on that(multi).

It will be fully usable of course - driving as well as operating the gun.

...but who knows! :P
