w00t is a magical, wonderful word with many meanings. one use of w00t to your friends (rivals that is) when you are the first one to hack a computer, crack a software or whatever. w00t could possibly also be a 13372p34k-variant of the common english word "what", which gets more possible when it is fallowed by a questionmark. i don't know how widely spread that last explanation is, but in Sweden (where I live) it's quite common, probably mostly becuase of the movie "klan:fader at war". this movie is made by what was then a Counter-Strike clan (though the movie is a real one, with the difference that fader dubbed the voices with their own, eherm... "special" storyline). When Fader Fisring says to Fader Bajs; "Aaaw, you DO understand that you can't poo here, Bajs!?", Bajs replies "w00t!?" with a strange expression on his face.

however! most mods won't get any attention until you have something to proove your interest and dedication to your mod. a programmer on your mod-profile is always impressive, as is concept art or even renderred graphical 3d-art.

Yeees, this imaginarymachine is wonderful. Today i finally beholded the actual corn beaver, wich turned into the pop corn beaver when using a flamehtrower on it made out of a deodorant and a match!

Yes, you would probably presume that (I almost forced Anthony to add a little armor before the final sketch ^^).

However, the Archer needs to be agile and cannot wear a heavy armor. Also the Elves has a fragile body construction wich would not hold up a heavy armor either. That's why the Archers has become their primary focus in their armies - elves cannot simply take such a good beating as other races (though the Protector is kind of beefy :)), so they need to take them out from a distance.

Yes, I have been somewhat busy the last couple of weeks (spreading menace and evil throughout the universe and all that). With me all is good, how 'bout yourself?

NBSpiuneer: that 20% is only estimated, though I might say I'm pretty proud since I do this only on my spare-time, something that I unfortunately don't have lots of =)
Also, I kind of 'cheated' and head-started on the game a week or so before I decided to add it to modDB, simply becuase I wanted to show you guys something from the game instead of a blank placeholder. This kind of games can also be made considerably faster than any other standalone since they don't need tons of 3d-models, textures etc. Mostly it's coding everything from scratch that takes up the most of the time.

Dr.Zoidberg: it's actually going to be more of a text-like game. With graphics. =) If you've played one of these games before, you'll know right away what I'm talking about -if not then it's kind of hard to explain.

Anyway, you do everything in your webbrowser - travel, change stats, battling etc. It's dynamic HTML, ASP. You could say that it's like a webcommunity, but a game and more advanced. Also, my lacking knowledge in the english language doesn't make it easier to explain =)

Actually I didn't think of the Archer as a female, it was all Anthonys doing =) What I had in mind was looking more like the elves defending Helms Deep in Lord of the Rings, with lots of silver-armor and that sort of stuff. I had alot of confidence in Anthony so I let him loose to do what he thought fitted the game on most concepts!

Thank you ^^ Though, the fact that the game has to stay within the boundries of HTML makes it a pretty different job than a regular mod :) Currently I'm working as much as I can (when not studying) and awaiting new concept drawings from the artists.

ErUs: I use Active Server Pages (ASP) when programming the game. With that I can design it in both Visual Basic script and Java script. But that's all taken care of on the server, you people won't have to download any scriptingengines or stuff like that ^^
