Probably a stupid question but is this mod based on The book or in the films?Or both?

I did the same thing, found the ''meshes''(in my folder it's meshes and not Mesh don't know why),and first copied the MERP folder to Data , didn't work, so I open MERP folder and found ''placeholder.nif'' and copied it to Data , still didn't work...I don't know what's going on I think I got the wrong folder please help me!

Hello, i have TES IV steam version , i installed all files without problems.I downloaded Oblivion Mod manager to change the load order , downloaded netframework 4.0.I changed the load order in the mod manager to the correct one to launch MERP and clicked on launch Oblivion , but the load order don't change no matter what button i click it stays the same please help me!

Hello, when i download middleEarth.esm, a window opens and says that they need to locate the file in the internet.I clicked to find the file in the internet but then windows site open and said they couldn't find the file...Please help me i only need this file to play this awesome mod!
