Ok, so I am playing as the empire versus the rebellion on the full galaxy map. The rebellion found one of my planets, and started to send ships at it. Except they won't stop. Its been 45 minutes, and they haven't stopped sending ships. At least 5 ships land every 3 seconds. It isn't a problem because they die once they land, but its sort of ridiculous. The AI is on normal, so is this from one of your added AI buffs?

Is King's Landing under the control of the Westerlands? I'm pretty sure that they have to control the city for Bronn to be there in order to start the one quest for Tyrion.

Are you using the correct button. In order to build a supercap you need to click on the actual supercap foundry and use an ability to call one in to your planet. You can't actually build them in the normal sense.
