This is fantastic! One of my biggest suggestions though would definitely be if you could implement persistent bases on territories similar to how Dark Crusade worked. There is a mod out there that does this, though I can't quite remember off the top of my head how to merge mods.

There seems to be an issue whereby I get a fatal scar error at the very start of the Hyperion Peaks map when playing as any of the vanilla races. So far tested with Tau, Necron and Chaos but it worked fine when playing as Steel Legion.

I have a question:
Is it possible to use this mod without the overhauled UI? Don't get me wrong, it's beautiful and looks really nice, but it's a bit distracting and hard to go from using every race with the same UI, but then Thousand Sons want to have a different layout.

If it's not possible, that's fine, but I figured I'd ask!

That makes sense. I'm glad the Steel Legion work, it was a hell of a lot of fun to fight their huge armoured columns with my Tau Cadre in the Ariel Highlands.

Sorry that I keep asking questions and so on! XD I'm just enjoying the mod a lot and have a lot of things that come to mind.

I was wondering though, is there any particular reason why the only mod races that seem to be picked for the "bonus" maps are the Daemon Hunters and Steel Legion? I am yet to see the World Eaters, Witch Hunters, Dark Angels, or any of the others show up. I've played those maps at least 4 or 5 times each now as different races, but like I say, I only get the vanilla 9 races, Steel Legion and Daemon Hunters.¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It's not that big of a deal, it simply seems odd.

That's the correct blueprint, yep. It says in the console that it doesn't exist. I might very well be using an outdated/incorrect version of the mod as I:

1. Can't recruit any ranged servitor squads (though the melee based ones are there).
2. There isn't any mention of a ranged servitor squad at all (the single ones that can be attached to the Bodyguard squad are there however).

So far though, I've been able to do every mission I've tried (expect Hyperion Peaks); in fact I just finished up Tyrea!


*The version of the IDH mod I'm using is "idh_beta2_ss". Is that the incorrect one to use?

Hey,

I've just encountered a fatal SCAR error:

Daemon Hunters on Hyperion Peaks. From what the console said (in-game), it was trying to place down ranged servitor squads which don't(?) exist.

Just a quick question, the changelog and ss_readme files both mention the Tyranid factions, but the list of supported races don't include Tyranids. Have they been removed or are they still supported??
