if you read the notepads in the files, Zio wrote that the ammo packs are mostly a mapper tool, so that's why you don't see them at all in the main episodes

also, the interaction is probably not broken, the secret is
supposed to be very VERY difficult to find and intentionally cryptic, have fun with "Where's this Secret?"

NME is a callback to Rise of the Triad since Wolfenstein 3D and RoTT are canonically linked and RoTT was even called Wolfenstein 2 in development. this is the same reason why San Nicholas Island is mentioned in Episode 3's ending and why Sebastian Doyle Krist (a RoTT boss) is a major antagonist throughout the mod

i really like this mod a lot. i use to think it was insanely hard, now i can beat all episodes on Death Incarnate. (with save scumming admittedly) thank you Zio for allowing me to work on the mod as a writer, editor, and proofreader. thank you so much

Zio has done that a lot and has been focusing on it quite a bit, especially for Spear of Destiny. the reason why Episode 1 has had the least improvements is due to it being Zio's first time remaking it and some other decisions

yes. it was definitely quite out of place and the enemies that had the fallout gun were stupidly overpowered and could kill you in 2 hits while having nightmare reaction speed.
