You need to press the + on the bottom of the screen. Than you have a name. Than you can type that name in your Victoria 2 files. And than you can delete it.

There are a lot of bugs in Victoria Ultimate. Make sure you have version 3.03. You can see that if you have started the game on the down left. If that doesn't help there are some tutorials on Youtube.

I do not think this mod will ever been realised. It's almost a year since the last update...
