The same thing happened to me. What I did to fix it was to not have the carrier on screen when your allies destroy it. You get taken back to the Osiris very shortly after it gets destroyed, just park behind an allied ship, so it covers the whole screen.

Would you guys mind if I put this mod (your installer) together with am iso of the game itself, and the mod manager installer?

As far as I know, neither any mod mod, nor vanilla Freelancer allowed crossing over items, ships, reputation, or anything between singleplayer and multiplayer experiences. So don't get all upset that Crossfire 1.9 won't have it either. It's not an option for this game.
