Rather than relying on the words of internet strangers why not try both and decide for yourself. It's not like you have to commit to one mod the same way the Nights watch commit themselves to the protection of the realm.

Same happened to me, By some miracle I managed to take out everyone myself. I also had the issue of my troops not deploying at that bridge west of the wall where I was meant to be assisting the nights watch against the wildlings.

Try mounting the disc one image and then launch game as normal.

Porting an unfinished game to a platform it wasn't made for without access to the source code (be that of the game or the engine) would be damn near impossible. Definitely beyond a team of indie devs and still a feat well beyond most current studios of professional devs. So please don't get your hopes up for this happening. That being said now that the game is out there the Battlecry team will be able to make closer observations on exactly how it played and maybe replicate some of the better aspects.

Might I however propose that the Battlecry team consider the notion of replicating the menus from the pre-alpha solely for the sake of nostalgia. As I suspect many of those who are avidly following this game are the same people who spent many a hour fondly watching numerous leaked videos of the now cancelled game. Normally I wouldn't bother with such large requests but as I've not seen any previews or designs of a potential main menu I thought I might as well plant the idea in your heads while it is still a feasible option.

Why shouldn't it be. If I have a computer powerful enough to handle two instances of a game at full HD 60FPS then why shouldn't I be able to plug in a spare controller and play with a friend?

Unreal engine 4 is set to support splitscreen out of the box, you guys might want to take advantage of this and ride the local splitscreen nostalgia train.

He's done a lot of detailed albeit unique star wars designs. Sometimes that unique variety of assets in a game can really make a difference.

That certainty sounds like a sensible route to go down.

Also as I've got your attention might I ask if you have any idea what specs will be needed for 4k at 60fps, I only ask because I can't help but be slightly worried that the reason the video is in low resolution is that it needs high specs for higher res.

Something has being bothering me about the gameplay in the trailer and I've not being able to put my finger on it.. until now!

Turns out it was the third person camera position, it seems you've succumbed to the bizarre practise of having view shifted to the right so you character is on the left. This might be an art style of whatever but I personally would much prefer Battlefront 2 style camera positioning where the character is centred.

Dear god, those lasers look glorious.

Now that we've had a really good look at the new storm troopers I think it would be a nice easter egg to include them in the game somehow.

Where does this game stand on multimonitor support at the moment? I recently upgraded to a triple screen setup so I'm curious. Also will there be any in game chat (text based of course) at any point?
