We need more info than this to help you. What were you doing when it crashed, and can you consistently cause the exact same problem? What versions are you using? What other mods?
You unzip the main download, and place the ExpWars_v2_8 folder in you SupComFA mods folder.
Mine is C:\Program Files\THQ\Gas Powered Games\ Supreme Commander - Forged Alliance\Mods, your's might be a little different depending on how you installed SupCom
Bug confirmed, just semi tested it. Was able to load 30+ Loyalists into "The Hive", but was only able to load 1 T2 Rocket bot. There is a similar bug with the UEF Experimental transport, which is supposed to carry experimentals. Try putting several Titans or Pillars into it. >)
That's the Cybran's Giant transport, right? Iv'e put ~50 Loyalists in it before. What are you loading in it? What other mods are you using?
Try looking at your running processes within Task Manager. If it's in that list, that's might be why you get a message saying it's being used by another program when you try to uninstall it.
Tried again today, worked fine. Probably some error from Gamefront's servers.
I was going to download it (simply because of MechWarrior Mechs :D ), but there is a problem.
When I go to download from gamefront, I get this message:

The response from the server contained duplicate headers. This problem is generally the result of a misconfigured website or proxy. Only the website or proxy administrator can fix this issue.
Error 349 (net::ERR RESPONSE HEADERS MULTIPLE CONTENT DISPOSITION): Multiple Content-Disposition headers received. This is disallowed to protect against HTTP response splitting attacks.
Anyone else get this?

Not sure what you're talking about, but the ai works fine for me (with the exception of using new units/buildings). They tech up fine, and get those veterancy upgrades that tend to make uber units. Sometimes they kinda just skip T2, or its just me not scouting enough....
You can fight ai opponents, they just dont use any of the new units/buildings. You just have an unfair advantage due to extra units/buildings. (20 T-1 spaceships anyone?:D)
Or how about the Loyalty Gun? :D
EDIT: nvm, looking at the supcom wiki, all the T1 tanks have 24dps (except for aeon's, which is 26 XD).
For the Seraphim's regen, isnt 10hp/s excessive? The combat scout has 35hp, so you pretty much need a 1 hit kill or it wont die. Just a thought.
Downloaded today, but when i went to play it, as UEF commander, it did the warp-in animation and selected him, but the model was not there, and i couldnt do anything. Help please?
