It sounds like you have something in your autoload or skins folder you should remove.

Zandronum 3.0 should already be supported. Is something going wrong with it?
I don't have plans for a male character, sorry.
I did. Hi.
Well, that's not entirely fair, I had help. Please refer to the internal credits file.
It'd be awesome if there was a Shadow Warrior texture rip.
There actually is a cycling cylinder, but admittedly it's a little difficult to notice. I'll see if I can chat with the artist to see how we can make it more notable.
The difference between underhand and overhand is fairly straightforward--underhand doesn't go as far, overhand does (but has a couple extra frames of wind-up).
Ergo, you'd want to use underhand for close targets and overhand for farther targets.
I appreciate this, thank you! However, this is also a personal thing for me, as I'm pretty frustrated with how it's taken eight months to get Shihong to a releasable state.
I really want to get it out! :)
The crippling pulse, well, cripples. It doesn't just stun, it halves speed/defense and removes +MISSILEMORE and +MISSILEEVENMORE from enemies.
I'm going to release before the end of the year or else I will stab myself.
Please don't run this with Brutal Doom.
Thank you, that's an interesting idea!
And no, there's no map pack specifically made for this. Hopefully in the future we can get some unique maps and levels!
In the meantime, though, I find a lot of ZDoom mapsets work well. Dark14 is really cool, as is Dark Tartarus, Aeternum, and Demons of Problematique.
Big ol' chunk of both combo meter and soul meter.
The Acacia is a heavily-edited Duke Nukem SMG. The Kharon and Sabbath are from scratch. The sheathe is extremely edited from Action Doom 2, reshaded and reproportioned and re-just-about-everything'd. The Omen is an edited Warhammer 40k modelrip. The Exodus is a cobbled-together hodgepodge frankensprite taking from a ton of different sources. The Testament is probably the least original of the bunch, being simply a reshaded Marathon 2 shotgun.
The voice acting was done by Adoxographist, an incredibly talented lass.

For any other questions as to the origin of a resource, it would probably be better to take a gander at the credits--either in the file itself or by typing "credits" in the console.
There's no separate builds for Zandronum or ZDoom.
It can be played in Zandro and there are a few replacements for the ST weapons (currently the Minigun and Railgun), and it can be played in ZDoom and in the off chance that some mapper somehow provides the ST weapons, those are replaced as well.
Unless you're doing something horribly, horribly wrong, all maps should come with their own music.
Please drag the DemonSteele .pk3 onto ZDoom.exe, GZDoom.exe, or Zandronum.exe, along with whatever levelset you'd like to play it with.
There are no levels with this, unfortunately, as nobody has made maps for this. The levels in the video are from different mapsets in the community.
If you're using Zandronum, there's a server up at the moment named "Metroid: Dreadnought - 13 Layers of Hell".
There's also another named "Presidential Onslaught /// Metroid: Dreadnought on Armageddon2, Alpha/Delta, UTNT, and Skulltag Invasion".
In the YouTube description of the trailer, the maps are listed. :D
Thanks very much! I'll keep trying to improve and enhance on it. :D
Sounds like you're using GZDoom, and it sounds like you have an outdated version. Dreadnought was designed with Zandronum in mind, but if you really want to use GZDoom please consider updating! Downloads for it are here: Devbuilds.drdteam.org - Enjoy! :p
Nope, sorry, those are from different mapsets. Metroid: Dreadnought is a gameplay mod, it can be loaded with any ZDoom/Zandronum-compatible levelset. If you want my personal suggestion, I very much enjoy playing through Scythe and Scythe II.
In the future I want to create a custom levelset in the vein of traditional Metroid campaigns, but...one thing at a time. :)
