If you like the general idea but have concerns i can fix whatever bugs there are and change things however you need.
It wouldn't let me actually make a media fire account so i temporarily put it up here under the downloads file. Just delete it once you've downloaded it i guess.
I noticed that you are using fear replica voices for your combine soldiers in crylife, I have been for several months now making some full scale vocal replacements for the combine and metro-police which include a revamped sentences.txt file allowing 16 different vocalizations per possible response so 16 possible man-downs, sixteen death sounds etc. I have almost completed a Crysis 2 multiplayer vocal replacement that uses the garbled voices of the cell operatives from the multiplayer. If you would like I could send it to you for use in the mod as it would fit better to have actual crysis radiochatter rather than fear ones. If you are interested let me know.
Sure, i'll make a mediafire account or something. Before i do that though I found a bug or two I need to fix, particularly with certain distance sounds sounding very quiet.

I'm gonna fix it all up myself, including switching the weapon sounds to insurgency ones, and giving all npcs proper distance based firing sounds (rather than the current ones which fade to nothing) i can give it to you when its done, if you want it.
The soundscripts are an absolute mess. They definitely need cleaning up and reorganizing if you know how.
So whats the status on this? Did implementation of the last few bits and pieces go well? that was a while ago. WE MUST KNOW.
Fantastic work, but as a gun fanatic reloading with one in the chamber but still only having 30 rounds kinda erks me. It's not a big issue but just a little something maybe for immersion ;)

What is the source of the player voice? what game? like "enemy neutralised" when killing someone
I assume things have been busy? or you are dead.
For those who are having a problem with crash on startup, instead of deleting your config, open it up in an editor like wordpad and find these lines of code
And either delete them or replace them with
That fixed the crash for me but not sure if it will help everyone, I recomend just deleteing them rather than replacing them but the replacements are there anyway

How about a current gameplay video? What's there is doesn't give a good picture and I'd like to atleast see if it's in a playable state before commiting a 2g download.

Sadly it still doesn't work for me, I can play the game, but I am unable to use the menu, and things such as quick kick play a quick animation but don't do anything :(

Bots? So you are using the next bot system and normal npcs? Or am I wrong?
You gotta take into account that every occurance in silent hill 'scarred' the area in some way, everyones own personal horror there had some residual effect on the place, it's not completely different every time. Examples are how it appeared in games after like downpour and book of memories, the purpose for pyramid head being there changes everyime but he is still scarred into silent hill.
Mind you this will only work if it's cannon after silent hill 2
