That might be because the excelsior class is a bigger hull type than the Akira class so therefore it would require more crew :)

I can't get the mod to run, I've read how to do it is in the mod folder
but i dont have a launch menu when i click the short cut it opens the game, if i go in the c&c3 folder it launches the game, is the downloaded version (thru EADM) not modable perhaps?
AH! nevermind I found the game browser..I should have checked start, all programs before making a comment *self slap*
