Version 1.10019.5d of the Installation Help Guide is now available, and emphasises the need to ensure that your DirectX, Visual C++ Redistributables, and XNA Framework Redistributables are up to date to play this supermod
The Installation Help Guide is 16 pages long, and covers every problem that players have had with installing this 32-bit supermod. It also contains loads of other useful info on the mod, including tips, cheats, and workarounds from the forum... ;-)

This mod has been safely integrated within the game itself, creating a new 'Gatherer' mode which enables you to carry up to 1800kg+

You've probably downloaded your base files from the wrong place. The ones available from ModDB are obsolete. Please refer to my comment at the bottom for the correct download instructions

The last minor update was 1.10019.1, released on Feb 3 2020, and this should be indicated on your startup screen
Your autoupdater should find any new updates on a daily or weekly basis, depending on how you've set it, but we're probably not due another major one until just before (or after!) the end of this year

Having said that, StalkerSoup is not like the original game. If there's a teleport anywhere like this one, then you'll need to complete another mission, or series of missions, first to remove it...
The game starts with Level 0, which is standard NS plus many other mods added, and a slightly different storyline which allows the game to transition to a new Level 1 - 'Zone Expansion Project', and 'The Collector', Level 2 - 'Desolation, and the Storm', and Level 3 - 'Reclamation'
Seven more levels are planned... :-)

Yes, about 90% of the game has been totally rewritten for English, although it's still an ongoing work in progress
The rewrite has taken five years so far, and has not been without its problems. Where files went missing due to hard drive failure, the superb walkthrough for the game guides you through the difficult bits

Having said that, if you only want to explore the maps, without anything scripted happening in them, you can use the in-game Teleporter 'cheat' menu Esc + F2
Bear in mind that this is designed for developers. If you teleport to a map you've not yet earned, it will seriously mess up your game to the point where it's unplayable :-(

StalkerSoup patch 1.10019.1, the first update since 31 July 19, has just been posted. It's a 290.7Mb download, available easily via the game's autoupdater (or in manual mode if you prefer)
Because of the fundamental changes and repairs in the all.spawn, starting a new game is absolutely recommended, to avoid saves becoming progressively more corrupted..
Also, you MUST use the new modders script with this patch, so backup your old one first if you've edited it, so you can modify the new one... ;-)
