Well this turned out to be the Gem I was looking for. I thought it just added new countries to play as, I did not know it has the single best economy system I have ever played (could still be harder for player and AI IMO, enhanced graphics, very nice shooting stats....and a very stubborn Pirate Faction that takes a lot of work to take down.
A+ Please add more! Combine this with some other great mini mods and a better look at diplomacy and economy and this mod will reign supreme!
