Isaac and Jill met up with Simon and David. And all of them met Bob the agent, who was currently on patrol looking for survivors.

Bob seems to be everywhere, I mean. He kills the combine admins in the cidadel, he plans an attack with the RED team and he meets up with Isaac, Jill, David and Simon. He is skill. :O
