When I try to force AA through the Nvidia control panel, a 1px thick white line on the top and left edges of the screen shows up and the motion blur blurs this white line so that these sides of the screen turn noticeably white. I also get terrible performance with forced AA (like 20 fps), despite my fairly powerful computer (2500k at 4.5GHz, overclocked GTX 560 Ti, 8 GB ram). Is there any known fix for this? The jaggies are really destroying the visuals of this game for me.

I would love to see realistic weapons add-on for Call of Pripyat, too. It was such a good improvement to SoC, I can't play without it now.

I don't know if you guys know about this, but there is a guy on Youtube who is porting SoC maps into CoP. SoC running on x-ray 1.6 looks absolutely amazing. I thought it might be a good idea for SoC Complete to be updated with all the x-ray 1.6 goodies. Having all the games running on the same engine would be very beneficial for the mod community too, wouldn't it?

Search for mrutak3r on Youtube (he has specifically said he would like modders to use his stuff).

I think these are great.

Does this increase the grass draw distance, or is that still not possible?

Another useful addition would be to balance the prices in the game to reflect the changes made (because ammo is less important now).

I also think the weapons in this mod kill a little too fast for my liking, in the sense that it doesn’t really fit in too well with the way the game was designed (there are parts in the game now that are now far easier than they should be, and vice-versa). Is there any way I can manually change weapon damage values to suit my needs?

I agree with everything mar3usmc has said in this comment section. If I am double crouched, not moving, aiming down the sights and have full stamina, then I should be able to pick off enemies from a decent distance.

I’m not saying the ballistics need a complete reworking, because they really are quite good. But as it stands, the combat (long distance in particular) feels a little cumbersome due to poor accuracy, and at times, dumb AI. Just a slight tweak could really help; but not too much because I do like the tense nature of the fire fights. I don’t want to be running around Call of Duty style (the player shouldn’t be rewarded for running around shooting from the hip, because that’s not what Stalker is about), but if I really take my time to take a shot, it would be nice if it hit more often than not. An accuracy system dependant on stamina, player position, use of iron sights, movement speed etc... would be very nice, if possible. Of course enemy accuracy would probably also have to be tweaked a little to reflect this.

Call of Pripyat is the best Stalker, imo. I hope Complete does it justice.
