-tga files are picture files, so most photo editing programs should open it, photoshop certanly can, (i tried it)
-m3d can be opend by 3d skin programs like Maya, but this is shareware and costs a lot
-bik files are the intro videos of a level and shouldnt be changed if you're not good in video editing but if you absolutely want to do it

-sfv if im not wrong are flash videos and can be opened with adobe flash
-scb is a script file use for the interaction in the game it can be opened with worldbuild, which should be on the cd of c&c generals
-asi files are not known by me, so i cannot help you with that
-A flt file is a file that contains floating point data and shouldn't be messed with!!!
-lcf are also script files, but i dont know how to open it, i guess notepad should work
- fsc are again script files and can be opened with this program Practicalscriptwriter.co.uk

normaly u have to use the f button to interact in the game,

but if you changed the controls, just use the button u used to access the train brakes in the previous level than the circle lever will turn and open the door

but what happens at the place where ED used to crash? (the toilet with mirror) a female zombie slaughters a quadripo... (the zombie with only muscle tissue and bones)???

and how do you kill army zombies and swat zombies with helmets?? =( the helmet prevents to smash the heads and shotgun shell dont hurt them =(

nope i tried it last night

soldier zombies & swat zombies as well, dont seem to die with ANY weapon
and their heads cant explode by baseball bat

=(

i haven't realy tried it, i restarted after installing the patch, and im in carnival, so soon ill find out, but i don't think the patch fixes that. helmets are there to protect heads... even if the person who carries it, a zombie

on subway station, there is a an army zombie near a electricity box, which needs to be destroyed

but the only way is through the glass from the outside, becuz whatever i try, the army zombie doesn't seem to die =s

is there a way to kill military zombies??
cuz as i try to smash its head ,his helmet protects him,=s
can soldier zombies be killed???
