I couldn't get it started either (Windows 7 x64), maybe due to not having the Java runtime environment in my path (didn't check if that's the real reason though). Just install the game, open the game's directory and double click on the .jar file (requires a installed version of the JRE).

Was surprised a bit by the preview having an update as well as the editor now. Maybe you should update the release description of the preview (still stating "June 2011")... unless my Desura screwed something up, 'cause I haven't bought the game yet (which I'll definitely do some time soon).

While I agree on keeping the game in a way where it doesn't matter which character you play, I'd still like to see some levels providing different approaches depending on which character you put on which route (might sound confusing). To do this I wouldn't want different abilities or stats for the charactersm but how about special blocks that can only be moved by one of the two? While this shouldn't be used excessively, it might as well add some nice touch to the co-op aspect of the game.

Wasn't impressed by the screenshots, but the actual game is quite interesting (tried the demo only so far). Please try to update the graphics a bit. It looks a bit strange using different styles (comic figures/icons and simple rendered stuff). Could look epic with everything in the style of those kings. Also could need some more tooltips and explanations or a tutorial. :)

Their homepage links to Mac (and iOs) versions - unless you're refering to Linux. They're just not yet on desura for whatever reason.

Looks very promising, but to be honest I'd prefer playing a demo - even with such a low price tag. After all it doesn't seem to offer any known/regular gameplay. Tempting, but not 100% sold yet. :)

Might look like that, but it plays rather different. To be honest, I haven't completely understood that at all yet (there's definitely missing some kind of manual or tutorial - or I'm missing something). To me it feels a lot more like a mix of Terraria and Dwarf Fortress - but less Minecraft.

The game isn't dead at all. ;) The community is growing every release - we (those working on the game) just didn't know this page exist.

Don't think anyone on the team even knew this page exists (as the game is an open source game, not a mod) but anyway ... added some downloads and updates. ;)
