is this mod out to the public or is it still under work

i am lost with this game.... My game doesnt show any multiplayer servers i dont get it.... and sometimes when i play singleplayer, i click on the game hit join and the game crashes and it crashes when i hit disconect.... IT LOOKS ALSUM BUT THESE PROBLEMS ARE STARTING TO PIS ME OFF.... ....HELP....
