Ok, for some reason the only way to make it work is to first aggro the AI by banging on the door to make them breach it, then throw a grenade or go out and shoot them in the face in order for them to follow me inside.

There are also a few minor (personal) annoyances, like the fact that Paul dies pretty quickly (especially since he rushes right up to the enemies and becomes an easy target). Aside from that, there are total around six hostiles half of which are Men in Black that can soak massive amounts of damage and explode on death. Honestly, I don't remember vanilla being this difficult on normal, but I'll manage somehow.

You should be able to change the key in the options, it's all the way down near the end of the list. I changed it to the "V" key and it works just fine.

First of all, thank you for making this wonderful mod, it really makes the game more enjoyable.

Anyway, I think I ran into some sort of bug. I'm at the end of the second visit to Hell's Kitchen in Paul's apartment, and I keep waiting for hostiles to storm the apartment but nothing happens. Seems like my only option is to escape through the window.

Apparently I shouldn't have ran the game as admin in XP mode (I read here from someone that I should), turning these OFF made everything work great.

I think I figured out the issue when the game takes a long time to open up the pause menu. I switched to the static lightning and it's significantly lower now (it still takes like 5-6 seconds but it's much better). Also, DX10 mode seems to be the second fastest, on the other two DX9 settings it takes ages.

Is anyone else experiencing long loading times while loading the game and opening the Esc menu or is it just my POS PC?

It's actually named actor shadow or something like that in the options menu.

Small update: disabling actor legs fixed most of the issues, however every time I try to open the main menu it takes a couple of minutes before it opens. :P

Also there's a lot of frame dropping, I'll try messing with the settings a bit more, but no success so far.

First of all, congratulations on your release and thank you for creating this! :)
However, one of the major issues that bother me so far are sound related - missing sounds, unbalanced volumes, sounds cutting off etc. Also, sometimes when I press Esc to bring up the menu the game completely freezes.
