Will sorians AI allow computer controled enemies to use new units? Because right now i do enjoy the mod but dont see the enemy creating the new units or experimentals ( I have a feeling that if they could they would plow my A**)

Just bein cautious.
That aside i follewed the video instructions on how to install the mod and when i try to launch i got this error :

System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The system cannot find the file specified.

and i have no idea why i am having this.
