For people having the cursor problem, I found a fix. All you have to do is go to your Steam directory, then 'steamapps/common/MountBlade Warband/Textures' until you find 'cursor.dds', copy that file, then paste it into 'MountBlade Warband/Modules/The Red Wars v1.6/Textures', and when it asks to replace the file, hit yes. It worked for me. It just replaces the mod cursor (which is invisible) with the Native Warband cursor.
Finally! My god, I've been waiting for the installer since 3.6 was released because the manual install NEVER worked for me!
Oh cool! Congrats on getting your ModDB page up! :D
Y'know, I would get this mod if it had an automatic installer. Since I suck at modding, I am pretty sure I would screw up modding this in, then would have to reinstall the game which I will NOT do.
Actually, the entire uniform is Bavarian, but whatever
Errr, Bavarian Leib Regiment? :o
(The uniform is Bavarian Leib Regiment, so why is it associated with La Garde Royale?)
No, this is commander battle dingus.
Yeeeeah, but back then they were like 'fk them not seeing dis sht, we too OP"
Aside from the flag
But is incorrect and should be changed. The tricolour didn't come about until the late 18th century after the French Revolution.
I do not believe that this is correct. The vanilla Virginia Colonists flag from Empire: Total War is the flag that should be used here.
There are much better mods than Nova Aetas that have done this, which says alot actually. Perisno uses the exact same pack.
Yeah, it isn't very accurate
Yes, but in this age, the regiments were much smaller since they couldn't mass produce everything, and it had to all be made by hand I believe.
Will Bavaria be a playable faction or no?
Fort is realistic as well. I study alot of European history, and it looks pretty realistic to me.
Ohhh! Are those functional? If they are, then this definitely takes #1 on my list. Oh wait, it would anyways because this mod is awesome.
You can't do it from the village menu, you have to speak to the elder in the village. That should work.
Wow, this looks great. Keep up the good work
Great mod. I am going to die of anticipation before it finishes installing 2.0 and the patch. I played the 1.3 version, and it was amazing, keep up the great work.
Uhhhh, isn't this illegal? You're taking a whole different game, then converting it to another one, making it so that the user does not need the game which was converted, which is stealing. You are taking a $20.00 game and making it free, which is stealing, which is illegal.
I'm Scottish, so you know I love it :D
Yeah, the G98 is a shortened version of the K98AZ.
I have always been looking for a mod of this era, but never been able to find one. So y'know what? I will attempt something I have never thought of yet before, and all though I am saying from the beginning that it will probably suck, I will attempt to make a mod of this era. I had originally been looking for French Revolution, but I found this. I am going to fail so bad Dx
Hey, I installed the mod today, put it in the right place in the modules, then I got the 1.4 patch, but thanks to winrar, instead of being all nicely placed in one folder, all the data and crap were in individual little folders. Will the patch still work if I manually put it in a folder, and put the patch in like that?
