Can't wait to play, I miss the good ole days playing FA :[
Though it doesn't look nearly as realistic as old FA which I am kinda disappointed with :-\

I was thinking about this after reading the HL2 article on Wikipedia...
Close to untrained Humans with Captured Combine (who are cybernetically enhanced humans), liberate City 17 at the end of Half-Life 2. What makes you think the Combine used these same goons took over Earth? They had to have some sort of hardcore Marine-type synth to lead the envasion, and leave as soon as it is complete.

I havent seen a beta this buggy ever. Well there was that one Resident Evil mod....but that was alpha....
Despite the lag, giant machine guns, and plain maps, its a good mod.
