A slightly sad message for you today - Avalon has stopped production until the release of UT3. Without giving you a full blown post mortem, we have had a few troubles with team morale and organisation over the past few months, which has led me to step down as project manager. The good news is that it's not over - the team leads will be putting their heads together and hashing out a much more fun, focused game. Once we have a clearer picture of the game both in art and words, we feel production will run alot smoother. Thanks for various peoples' support over this time, especially the team. Get in touch if you'd like to stick with us in a few months time.

Yes these weapons are designed to fire some sort of plasma, powered by the top secret element that the Terrans have developed as a power source. Hopefully our in game plasma will look as awesome as that :)
