And the only one who can master "Tempest Glacius" to max level with 99,999 damage each attack with total 5 combos.

Cool but not worth to build, why? Because:
- cost billions to built one
- ordinary street or road can't withstand the weight
- need a huge amount of power to operate it
- perfect target for attacking missile due to its size
- unable to hide so stealth is nullified
- terrain wise, it can only one use open terrain (if it really comes functional)
