if you got it from the ultimate collection it seems to be causing an uproar among the modding community. Mirza044, a well known mapmaker, can't get his control center to pop up either, he can't even get into worldbuilder to build maps. Just another EA trap *sigh*. I would suggest getting the steam version.

can't blame ya. Gonna try process of elimination here. Is this what the target line of your shortcut looks like? "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Command Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\CNC3.exe" -ui trying to think what could be overriding the user interface code.

Well, if it's any help, here's my file path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Command Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars. My exe is sitting on top of the update version .skudef files. origin is a horrible thing in itself. The only other thing i can think of is running it as an administrator, windows is a horribly touchy thing.

Go into your system files, find your exe. send a shortcut to desktop. Right click on shortcut, properties, in the target line add a space and then -ui at the end. I have the origin version too. took me forever to figure it out. best of luck.
