feillyne, thats to confuse the enemy!, like in that episode of Famiy Guy when Peter wore the clown suit in battle, he thought it was stupid to be dressed in military gear since the enemy would be lookin for army guys.. lol
I think that is a hi-tech paintball proof tactical shield, it is just disguised as an umbrella
