how do you apply ram fix for steam version, it keeps saying it cant find FOC

i applied the 1.1 GC patch

can anyone help me fix my crashing problem, i start a GC battle and then this... " An exception has occured. see _logfile.txt and _except.txt for details." then it asks for me to dubug or cancel ??? how to i fix?

does the campaign not work for yall, when i start it and select dificulty the dude says " Everybody has a price" or whatever and the it just sits there ???
