It is for the old 1.3 version for EaW, NOT for Pegasus Chronicles NOT for FoC. It is mostly a reupload from a old Patch to Moddb, because there was no download for it anymore.

Hey, i installed the Mod on a clean copy of FOC, but everytime i try to start it, it crashes with a Exception Error. Any Ideas what could cause that ?

Maybe they mean the ground to space weapon?
Not sure if its one shot or more, but it does a lot of damage :D
