Turns out the actual game files were corrupted. I reinstalled - this mod is freaking AWESOME

I originally posted a comment here where I explained that my ships had no guns - turns out the actual game files were corrupted. IF ANYONE DOESNT SEE WEAPONS SYSTEMS ON HIS SHIPS IN A MOD REINSTALL GAME D:

Ok I'm getting a weird thing - whenever I try to start a galactic conquest
the game stops, and a window with "Exception!" pops up, telling me there is a failure I should see log_textfiles or smth like that, try to debug or to cancel the progress. Both debugging and cancel ultimately closes the game.
Skirmishes work, love this mod, but what's going on :(
