Looks nice, but will it be enough pixels in the normalmap to catch all the detail?
And also are the liquid (if that's whats in the tubes) going to be animated to like "disappear"?
The triangle count is ~12,900 about the mesh i don't think iQew want to show that as media. Its using normalmap baked from highpoly so that why it looks "clean".
I don't understand why you show what to do with the puzzles kinda ruin a puzzle game.

The updates i like most is the ones that's not final ingame, like models and wip images.

Is it in same "universe" as aperture and half life? If then you can do something similar to what it seems like you have done before for portal, another company then aperture or something like that. Maybe one with smaller budget so the facility's look less fancy?
I agree a change in art style maybe, and also perhaps a interesting story like portal has?
Well you can clearly see where you got inspiration from but it looks interesting and something i would like to play. One small suggestion for the gun would be to add a few more loops on the round shapes close to the camera.
I don't know much about npc ai but that seems sophisticated. Awesome work.
Characters and environments looks great, although i would suggest some more shake for humans cameras when dinos come closer would give it a cool feel(maybe it will be annoying?).
Looks good but extreamly dark.
Its hard to make normal maps look super good for some objects in source engine since it doesent support specular maps.

That planet in the background looks really flat im guessing its in the skybox texture i would sugess having it as a model in the skybox instead. :)
