I am experiencing a glitch with the main menu UI for the Original (no-expansion) SINS. All the buttons are gone. Does it happen to anyone? Or is it just me?

Does this mod requires the physical CD of the game? I have lost my copy of game and now I have the images of the disc and is currently using an emulator to run it. I even tried using the shortcut tool and that doesn't work as well.
Any help would be appreciated.
