The original maps with the original eras don't allow me to choose the new units. Is this intentional? If not, how can I fix this?

I've had this problem for a while, when trying to save the game crashes and I cannot load it. The saves, however DO appear in the FoC save files (Petroglyph files) I don't know if it has something to do with the installation or something else.

Hi there! There's something not clear while installing the Mod for Steam while reading the Updated Install docs. Do I copy the WHOLE Mods folder into "corruption" and when running the installer select "Data" as the destination?
