Absolute Chaos

Considering I've been beta testing this mod nicely, and have also seen the development and worked closely with Killdivas, the mod's current author, this mod has been through some nice overhauls, and those changes are apparent in the gameplay, such as reduced ZC defiler sabotage action, new ships for all factions, a returning ship for the ZC garrison, and much more. While the different colors in the mini factions didn't work as planned, KD showed great valor and simply made them all orange, but the ships are indeed there, and they keep the AI and the player from taking high value planets too early on in the game. I also especially like the switch from the DS II to the DS I, reducing a major op factor of the Empire, and the rebels now have some heavy hitting ships, such as remade Quasar fire carriers, new venators, lucrehulks, and more. Personally, this is the only mod I'm even playing, and it's not because I'm a beta tester. It's because it's so fun, it's hard to walk away from it. For the first time, I can play the ZC, and putting Tyber over Kuat reveals a really nice surprise, but you'll have to find out what on your own :) In all, balance greatly improved, and there's more to come so download and start playing!

This mod is something that turns SC4 into a game that stomps the hell out of most 2011 and later games, due to the the possibilities, the strategy this adds, and best of all, the creativity! From the amazing smooth curves to the realistic ability to make freeway on and off ramps, there are many things this mod makes awesome, even down to micromanaging the direction the signal lights go at each intersection.

Star Wars BattleFront Commander

This mod is super fun, no matter what faction you're playing as, and it's clear to me that the mod makers actually listen to the community, and that the once op bellators and blue drivers are nerfed/buffed where appropriate, and they also allow for the mandalorians to have some really cool units, such as the awesome clone deserters and the epic mandalorian battlecruiser. The death star II is amazing, and for once retains it's original functionality (that I've noticed in mods, that is) and the executor has some really cool abilities on it's own as well. SO in total, this mod has huge potential, just needs more TLC and it'll likely be the best in the community.
