Though officially the New Commonwealth is neutral the presence of European soldiers justifies the invasion of it and by extent Europe. Whilst the Americans are allowed to lick their wounds and continue their own invasion of the European Federation.
Major Miloš turns his bears loose on Glen Albyn which will unofficially be the first drive into the continent of Europe. Facing him will be the European Federation Enforcers Corps' commander Santiago Arnavisca of Battlegroup 8.
