great effort so far, i've never played this game but will definitely try it if this mod ever comes out.

but just wanted to give you an heads up and tell you that there was no royal guard at this point, since portugal became a republic back in 1910 even though the country was living under a fascist regime at the date.

anyway, even you if decide to keep them as a "fantasy" unit it's still cool.. they were fine soldiers during the napoleonic wars.

started playing this mod today and so far so good.
most bugs i've came across were fixed in this patch - but i've only one more to add: if you try to rescue a lord on grunrwald castle (unable to spell it properly but hopefully you'll get the idea) you'll be spawned on top of a church once you open the dungeon door to come outside with the prisioner following you.
i have to say i stopped playing there, so i'm not 100% sure if it's a one time thing or a bug but it might be the later.

still, very good mod so far... keep it up

9/10 not 10/10 because the modder seem oblivious to the fact that the katana steel was folded 1000 times before going to the battlefield and yet sharpe's officer sword is more powerful than those

very nice job...
from what i've seen this is one of the few professional quality mods around here.
it would be nice if you could set up multiple spawn points for the troops to take full advantage of that model - let's say: a band of troops per wall - instead of the regular mob spawning on top of each other like the vanilla version does

it would be great if you could try to work together on the same project

also, the last version i played had some minor typos which i can't remember and it seems you misspeled grenadiers.

the title "historical realistic hd mod" is a bit over the top for a game where the voltigeurs shakos have mustaches on it...
but still, pretty good mod - it actually made me go back to m&b napoleonic wars once again.

finally someone uses a proper reloading animation for muskets!
and please, take your time - weeks, months or even years... but deliver a product with the quality you intend to bring. (we had enough with the awful napoleonic wars expansion full of bugs and completely unpolished - and the worse of all - for around 30$)

this might be what napoleonic wars expansion should have been: a polished and complex mod.

still, will you be able to add a ramrod during the musket reloading?
so far i haven't yet seen anyone able to do so, so i guess it must be an engine limitation but that looks so odd, to see someone reloading using and imaginary stick...

anyway, the mod's develop is excelent so far i just hope this is the first mod that the napoleonic campaign truly deserves.

(also, to see the video from the beggining use the HD mode instead of the regular 360p)

how can you be making a detailed spain and even holland troop tree and not including portugal where the decline of the french empire started?

still, the mod looks pretty good.. clearly one of the best so far

for a moment i thought the squad in the picture was portuguese line infantry judging by the uniform...

still, looks very good. take your time to release it, but remember we're all waiting for an excelent mod :)
