In my game as the trade alliance when I try build repair platforms the construction ships will not do it no matter what... :C

How do i Turn off the asteroids? Or what do i delete in the files to get rid of them?

How do i turn off the asteroids? Don't like how they only attack me and not other forces.

How Do i install this ? do i install both files? what of the galaxy forge file?

How do I go about installing this? I have vista do i install both the unzipped files into diplomacy 134 or what?
