You need to deactivate the Oblivion.esm and any other mods and only activate Nehrim.esm and NehrimData.esm

As expected, there are a few miss meshes, probably my fault though. The first NPC I encounter has a missing mesh. Shows up as the yellow (!). and when rocks fall on him, he doesn't die.

When I downloaded it, I didn't do it into the [ Bethesda>Oblivion>Data ].
It had its [SureAI>Nehrim>Data] or something like that. is this correct?

There are a lot of similarities in vocab patterns between English and German. I'd use a small dictionary and read it in German and translate it. It is also a good way of learning

But a good way to learn german or to understand Nehrim in German, get a translator to German, and translate the phrases. Is the way I learned Spanish with a newspaper. Just a thought.
