Much Better, Dual cannon tanks. Won't mind the resources increases as it exchanged for a much more better looking (and more canon looking) and more powerful tank. Probably justified

Well the Official term should be 70th Anniversary but still impressive representation of the military parade through the well placed game units.

I agree but whenever the APA tank will be dual barrel (Which I prefer by the way) or not is up to the maker of the mod.

I think that based on memory (if I am correct) that the skirmish GDI commando's Rail Carbine shoots like a Zone Trooper rail gun rapidly but this makes it less capable in handling infantry as the NOD commando since the railgun is too focused on power but not firing speed making it much easier to be killed by infantry than NOD commando
Since Commandos are designed to be able to mow down infantry I think that the Rail Carbine could be set in 2 modes if possible (just like missiles targeting land or air targets)one that acts like a standard MG against infantry as the vanilla GDI commando and one that is the same as the rapid fire Zone trooper rail gun that this mod has against vehicles.
Just a suggestion based on foggy memory (Haven't play it for quite it while so I might be wrong)

Well, the Overlord isn't a real overlord without 2 barrels
Perhaps it could use a far larger cannon placed at the center of the turret instead of at one side? Looks better with a symmetric appearence

Well, can this feature be added to the basic APA army as well as other APA generals?
In generals 2, the double barrel Warlord Tank is available to all generals, thus it might not be very "general 2" feeling if the other apa army cannot have access to it
The APA and China is known for its powerful firepower, which is symbolized by its double barrel tanks (twin barrel is an APA language)

can you make the Asian pacific alliance main battle tank 2 barreled like the one in generals 2
Two cannon tank is always better (in fiction anyway)

When will this upgrade be uploaded at the mod?

I don't know why it need to upgrade to get the shipyard, can somebody explain how to get the shipyard for the us and China

I don't know how to get the shipyard, I install all the downloads for this game but the building said that it need "Upgrate". Can somebody tell me why and how to get the shipyard
