i am brazilian. (i don't speak english like you :D so let me try)
fallow the tips:
1° beseige a castle or town.
2° find and capture the troop that you want. (try to use BLUNT weapon)
3° throw they in the castle/town prision. (GARRISON)
4° PRESS ( ' ) and tipe "cheatmenu". (if don't work try agian into MAP SCREEN)
5° beseige the castle/town that you have conquested.
6° INSTANTLY CONQUEST THE CASTLE/TOWN.
7° hire the troops that you want.
play fun.
