what i downloaded it it doesnt show up on my list, i put it in source mods and restarted steam and its not there. i do have half life 2 downloaded.

When i try to start it it just opens the normal portal game.
I open steam, click on Portal: Project-Alpha, then i click play and only the normal portal opens. what am i doing wrong?
