Try starting and running the vanilla game as administrator in 64 bit.
After getting the Claw artifact, Obelix says to talk to the hunter leader. Does this lead to another mission? I can't get a response from Cold. I've tried many times with no luck.
He also mentions more artifacts, this is why I ask. It just seems like something is missing, I hope it isn't my mind. I also gave him the PDA.

As with almost all the tasks ,this place is weird.
If like looking around trains you'll find the surgical tools, in the oddest place.
As far as the extra strength knickers, look in the Jupiter plant, in a vehicle near the elevator.
Some of these tasks get really far afield, sending you places you would never think to look.

Sour is at a tent between yanov and jacks area.
If you start disassembly right away you have just enough time to retrieve the chips.
It is best to leave one or two alive so you don't have to run to start the process.
Spoiler; This has everything to do with Black the head merc at the science lab. It all becomes clear when the quest comes up about the final documents at Jupiter.
After getting the cure for cheburah, the next task is cheburah revenge. Has anyone figured this out?

It seems I answered my own question. I started this mod as a run and gun, bad move, that broke the series of events from the get go.

Is this game as linear as it seems? I have arrived at a point of doing, I think, all of the tasks and couldn't get Plyushkin or Informant to talk, I can't find Oblix or my contact.
To me it seems that things need to happen in very specific order.
Congratulations on sticking with your passion. I can only imagine the grief of trying to put together a huge undertaking as this has been, especially with the naysayers constantly clawing at you and your team.

I don't speak for anyone but myself "it is a compilation of fantastic mods, with more twists and turns than you will ever find out about.
And it's doggone fun!!!!!!!
Make sure you follow the instructions, and leave out the cheats.
After playing SGM 2.2 several times, I found an obscure reference to "Covert Operation".
It takes nothing more than than three words to initiate the side quest, which by the way is, very complicated an very devious.
My question about this is, has anyone else found this and followerd it through? No matter where I look I find minor references to this.
Just a couriosity.

After finishing the "covert operation", I can't find the wounded merc. Is that a screwup on my part? Or is he that good at hiding? The mysterious merc is standing, looking, but won't talk.
